As an experienced Project Manager for US Government contracts, Jorge Galindo has the expertise to present status and product milestone reviews to an executive level audience, perform Earned Value Management (EVM) and Risk Management, work within a Project Management Organization, and adhere to government Software Development Life Cycle requirements. His superior written and oral communication skills make him the ideal point of contact for all project stakeholders. Dr. Galindo is a strong leader with excellent motivation skills and a record of delivering projects that are on schedule, on budget, and within scope requirements. Dr. Galindo has been recognized for his research efforts on the project management field at international conferences and professional publications. Jorge Galindo holds a Doctor of Science degree in Engineering Management with a research focus on Project Management and Virtual Teams from The George Washington University.
